50 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Upper gastrointestinal contrast,gastroscopy locate the centre of tumor:1cm above the "Z" line and 5cm lower it. EUS make sure the disease below the muscle-layer; 2. adenocarcinoma; 3. The diamiter of tumor between 1-5cm,there is no lymph nodes shiftment; 4. there is no MT; 5. ECG, lung function, blood regular test are normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. find MT in surgry; 2. the tumor invide full-layer of gastric or there are shiftment of lymph nodes.
