Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. conform to the 2010 "Chinese type 2 diabetes prevention guide" in the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes; 2. aged 18 to 70 years old; 3. there are symptoms of affective disorders, HAMD scores more than 17 or HAMA score 14 points; 4. With at least primary school education background; 5. informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with type 1 diabetes and diabetic ketosis; 2. patients with severe liver and kidney function is not complete; 3. half a year have heart cerebrovascular accident or suicide; 4. taboo to Deanxit; 5. drug abusers, schizophrenia and patients with major depressive disorder; 6. acute infection, acute trauma, disease and perioperative patients with acute phase; 7. long-term use of antidepressants, anxiolytics and central excited drugs; 8. unwilling to cooperate.
