Interventions

Dex group:a loading dosage of dexmedetomidine (0.8 ug/Kg) was infused introvenously 10 min after induction and followed continously at 0.3 ug/Kg/h till 30 min before the ending of surgery
Saline group:same dosage of saline

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: AGE>=65 patients for gastrointestinal surgery, ASA I-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: eliminate cognitive dysfunction, heart, cerebral vascular accident, severe hypertension, malignant arrhythmia, organ disfuction, long-term use of sedative drugs
