Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the subjects had symptoms of neck, shoulder and/or upper limb pain. Those symptoms may accompany with headache, dizziness and/or hypesthesia of head and face.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with positive result (mostly cervical radiculopathy and myelopathy) of MRI or CT and who endured serious trauma within 2 weeks should also be excluded.
