Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Infertile women, aged 25-35 years, regular menstrual cycles, cycles 25-35 days; 2) Diagnosis of unilateral chocolate cysts (pelvic ultrasound or MRI) by two individual imaging examination, the maximum diameter of cysts are no more than 4cm. The contralateral ovary is normal; 3) HSG imaging suggests at least one side of tubalpatency; 4) The hysteroscopy examination show no endometium dysplasia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) There are also other apparent causes of infertility except for unilateral ovarian chocolate cysts in infertility couples, such as: ovulation disorder, severe oligoasthenoteratozoospermia azoospermia, tubal blockage, cervical factor infertility, sexual disorders; 2) Bilateral ovarian cysts; 3) The character unknown ovarian cyst; 4) Long-term use of other drugs significantly affecting the endocrine; 5) Having history of undergoing laparoscopic and ART treatment; 6) Intrauterine adhesions or having endometrial injury; 7) It is found that sperm-egg binding obstacle course, all eggs do not mature or all embryo cleavage and other anomalies when undergoing IVF treatment.
