"light" anesthesia:"light" anesthesia: defined as BIS target range between 50-60
BIS: 30-40:"deep" anesthesia: defined as BIS target range between 30-40

60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients Aged>=60 years; ASA?-?; Surgery undergoing General anesthesia longer than at least 1 hour; both elective and nonelective Surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiac surgery, surgery requiring a wake-up test ,surgical procedure or positioning of the patient prevented BIS monitoring.
