Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: After Institutional Ethic Committee approval and patient written consent44 patients will be enrolled: 1. age ranging between 18-80 years old; 2. American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) grade I-III; 3. Scheduled to undergo ectomy lung tumor with double lumen endotracheal intubation general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade>=III; 2. Cardiac disease such as coronary artery disease,myocardial infarction and arrhythmia; 3. Severe lung disease; 4. Hepatic or renal disease; 5. Pregnant or patients with severe mental illness or non action; 6. The reasons for the disease or the operation can not continue this research; 7. patient refusal.
