low dose group:take grx10 powder 2pcs* 2g each ( 1.6×10^10CFU each) and placebo 3pcs* 2g each everyday
high dose group:take grx10 powder 5pcs* 2g each ( 1.6×10^10CFU each) everyday

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-44 years of age; 2. serum total cholesterol between 5.18-6.99 mmol/L, and/or low density lipoprotein cholestero between 3.37-4.92 mmol/L; 3. primary hyperlipoproteinemia; 4. signed the informed consent form and volunteered to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant, lactating or menopausal women, allergic constitution; 2. combined severe heart, liver, renal and hematopoietic system illnesses; psychopath; 3. taking other probiotic products during the trial, especially yogurt; 4. taking lipid-lowing agent or antibiotics during the past 2 weeks which would affect the determination of study results; 5. combined infection or ulcer of digestive tract; 6. patients hospitalized with hyperlipidemia; 7. not following the rules to consume test foods or with incomplete profile which would affect judging the efficacy of test foods.
