Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. CT and MRI were diagnosed as lumbar disc herniation, and the patients treated by conservative treatment for half a year were invalid; 2. Aged 20-65 years old, junior high school culture above, consciousness is clear, can cooperate to collect clinical data person; 3. The vital signs are stable, and there is no severe gravity, liver, kidney and other important organs dysfunction. They can actively participate in rehabilitation evaluation and rehabilitation therapy; There were no rehabilitation patients in.3 months; 4. Patients volunteered to participate in this study, and have signed the informed consent of this experiment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Past or present history of mental disorders and disorders of consciousness; 2. Patients with history of traumatic lumbar trauma (closed injuries and open injuries); 3. All kinds of diseases lead to cachexia or estimated survival time is less than 12 months; 4. There are complications, complications and other bone lesions associated with tuberculosis, tumor and fracture; 5. Patients who have been treated for rehabilitation within 3 months; 6. due to various reasons unwilling or unable to continue co authors within the specified time.
