Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i) Chinese family caregivers of PWDs diagnosed for more than 1 year ii) live in the same household with the PWDs iii) provide daily caregiving for more than 4 hours per day iv) consent to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Family caregivers with psychotic disorders
