Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ninety ASA I or II patients aged 65-80 yr undergoing transabdominal cholecystectomy by general anesthesia randomly allocated into three groups(n=30 each)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There were no neurological disorders, no cardiovascular system, respiratory system diseases, no long-term opioids or diazepam, and normal liver and kidney function. Patients with arrhythmia before operation, operation time shorter than 30min, longer than 2h, and intraoperative bleeding more than 400mL were excluded from this study.
