Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Living in the community; 3. A confirmed diagnosis of a prior AMI attack; 4. Consent to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Do not understand Cantonese; 2. Impaired communication ability; 3. Psychiatric problems or impaired cognitive functioning (i.e. Abbreviated Mental test <=6).
