18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. hospitalized patient signed informed consent; 2. aged 18-75 years and not be ready for having baby in one year after surgery; 3. one side primary henias; 4. accept elective surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. participated in other clinical trials in the beginning 3 months; 2. liver dysfunction and kidney dysfunction(1.5 times higher than normal test results); 3. significant hematologic abnormalities (anemia: lower than normal; fever: temperature higher than 37 degree C; bleeding; internal bleeding and external bleeding); 4. brain disorders, or can not cope with the researcher because of brain disorders,judge disabnormal and mental problem; 5. heart disease(class II and class III above cardiac insufficiency); 6. suffering from severs metabolic diseases,cndocrine diseases (drugs can not control persons); 7. serve lung disease asthma,lung function disorders; 8. impaired immune function; 9. pregnancy and breast-feeding women; 10. other surgical contraindications.
