Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients of diabetic nephropathy with silent cerebral infarction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? patients with definite history of cerebral infarction and dementia; ? patients with definite history of other central nervous system diseases, such as infection, demyelinating disease; ? patients are with severe physical diseases; ? patients are with definite history of metal and psychological diseases, such as schizophrenia, major depression; ? alcohol or drug addicts; ? patients who are unable to complete the scale of cognitive function due to severe diseases or physical disabilities; ? patients with allergic constitution; ? patients with active bleeding or bleeding tendency; ? patients on non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs, glucocorticoids, thyroid hormone tablets and other drugs; ? patients with the liver disease.
