Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 40 and 70 years old (including 40, 70); 2. type 2 diabetes patients who are standarded by Diabetes diagnosis standard; 3. Simple oral medications; 4. Relatively stable blood sugar control at least 3 months, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) is less than 9.0%; 5. Body mass index in 24 to 28; 6. Inform Consent Form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Who did not accord with the inclusive criteria; 2. Who are using the DPP 4 inhibitors or nearly used in a month; 3. Who are using traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) therapy or nearly used in a month; 4. Simple oral medications poor blood sugar control, the use of exogenous insulin injections; 5. Acute metabolic disorder, acute infection, serious heart kidney disease, merging other primary disease; 6. Pregnancy or breast-feeding women, pregnancy or lactation; 7. Other reasons are not suitable for clinical subjects, according to the researchers.
