Two groups:18-form tai chi qigong, a 60-min tai chi qigong session, twice a week, 3 months, versus Usual care control, no comparative treatments

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 or above; 2. Limited social network with social interaction less than once per week; 3. Low motivation of joining social activities; 4. Physically inactive (get <30 min physical activity for at least 3 days a week).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive impairment (AMT < 7); 2. Impared physical mobility; 3. Cannot understand Chinese.
