Age
35 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged between 35 and 45 years; 2. all of D3 embyos were agreed to blastocyst culture development; 3. Agreed with selective single blastocyst frozen-thawed embyo transfer; 4. the number of eligible blastocysts by morphology (BC,CB or better)were 2 or more for transplant; 5. be willing to participate in this study and to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with contraindications for assisted reproductive technology; 2. uterine cavity abnormalities; 3. endometrial injury; 4. endometrial hyperplasia; 5. intrauterine fluid; 6. adenomyosis of the uterus; 7. hydrosalpinx; 8. repeated implantation failure; 9. recurrent miscarriage; 10. chromosomal abnormalities; 11. any other conditions that investigators considered not suitable to participate in this study.
