Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Untrained male students aged from 20 to 30 olds were recruited from Wenzhou Medical University, with no history of any diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Any diseases that doctors recommend can not participant in exercise. (2) Any current muscle pain or soreness, or history of chronic pain. (3) Feeling chest pain, expiratory dyspnea when do exercise. (4) Do strenuous exercise or movement within 7 days. (5) A history of sensory loss or numbness in the arms or legs.
