Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30 to 55, males or females; 2. Clearly not have essential hypertension history in the past, nearly four weeks did not take antihypertensive drugs. Right arm Brachial artery sesbp 130~139mmhg,sedbp 85~89mmhg which be not measured continuity three times in the same day; 3. Carotid pulse conduction velocity >10m/s; 4. Have at least one cardiovascular risk factors: Abdominal obesity (Waist circumference male >=85cm female>=80cm)or overweight (bmi>=27kg/m2), Impaired fasting glucose or diabetes, smoking, lack of physical activity, dyslipidemia, family history of early onset of cardiovascular disease or stroke (Immediate family members of men onset age<55, women onset age<65); 5. In accordance with ganhuokangsheng Standard syndromes; 6. voluntary to these research, writte informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With 12 months history cerebrovascular disease and 3 months history of acute coronary syndromes decompensated heart failure, Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, Kidney disease activity; 2. Allergies or allergic to medicines.
