18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients who underwent percutaneous endovascular intervention for the treatment of patients undergoing percutaneous intervention; 2. ASA grade I - III; 3. patients aged 18-60 years old, sex is not limited; 4. patients have fully understand the nature of the study, voluntary participation in this experiment and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. known to the study of the drug ingredients allergies and allergic constitution; 2. puncture site skin ulcers; 3. coronary heart disease; bronchial asthma; severe hypertension; heart and lung disease and liver and kidney function is not complete; serious blood system dysfunction; 4. obesity (BMI>30); 5. The history of nervous system disease, drug addiction and alcoholism; 6. Clinical trials of other drugs in the past 4 weeks; 7. compliance is poor, can not be completed by the research program; 8. for any reason, the researchers believe that there is any situation that is not suitable for inclusion.
