50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagosed as severe osteoarthritis of knee and plan to undergo TKA; (2) 50-80 years old and no matter femal or male; (3) HGB of male>=125g/L; HGB of femal>=115g/L; (4) IL-1, IL-6, CRP, TNF, WBC, NEUT, NEUT%are normal before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients who: (1) allergic to hydrocortisone ; (2) have used adrenal cortical hormone in recent sit years; (3) have hypertension, hypotension, thrombotic disease with 6 month,myocardial infarction within 6 month; (4) poor compliance; (5) mental disease,glaucoma,et al.
