Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged: 18-70 years old; 2. exceed 4 weeks after acute pancreatitis; 3. the definition of pseudocyst (2012 revised classification criteria Atlanta): namely enhanced CT or EUS showed homogeneous low density area around the cyst fluid accumulation was significantly enhanced, excluding non-liquid ingredients; 4. the following symptoms or complications: oppression of the stomach or duodenum cause bloating, nausea, vomiting, pain andother symptoms; oppression caused by the common bile duct stenosis or cholestasis; cyst larger than 5cm, formed more than 4 weeks of its shape andsize unchanged or larger.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. the incidence of acute pancreatitis in 4 weeks; 2. infection or bleeding; 3. cysts less than 4cm; 4. severe heart,lung, liver disease, coagulation disorders, andthere are other endoscopic contraindications; 5. pregnant or lactating women; 6. refused to sign an informed consent.
