Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Over 36 gestational weeks, absolute or relative contraindications to regional anesthesia: thrombopenia, spine malformation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exact fetal distress, severe preeclampsia (SBP higher than 160mmHg or DBP higher than 110mmHg), cardiorespiratory diseases, neurological disease, known congeital abnormalities or signs of fetal compromise, andbody height shorter than 152cm.
