Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. T1 renal tumor suitable for retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy; 2. R.E.N.A.L score < 10; 3. 18 < Age < 75; 4. Serious heart, lung, brain et al disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with solitary kidney, multiple tumors, clinical evidence of metastasis, hemorrhagic disorders or refuse to participate were excluded.
