Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In the past have history of cerean section, after 28 weeks of pregnancy, ultrasound or MRI tip attachment in as scar uterine lower segment cerean section of placenta previa or not associated with placenta accreta, pregnant women informed consent need to splits the palace production termination of pregnancy in women. And further confirmed by cerean section.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The operation with artery ligation, uterine compression suture, embolization, hysterectomy patients; 2. surgery without uterine incision placed intrauterine packing, postoperative placement; 3. <28 weeks of gestation; 4. Suspicion of serious infection; 5. The doctors considered that other stuation not suitable for the study.
