Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 20 years and older; 2. diabetes patients; 3. BMI ranged between 18Kg/m2 and 30Kg/m2; 4. receiving a stable dose of insulin injection treatment; 5. no acute complications of diabetes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. severe physical illnesses; 2. pregnant; 3. breast-feeding;
