Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 90 volunteer patients, under the age of 70, hunt and hess grade I to II, American sociaty of Anesthesiologists II to III, at a university hospital undergoing elective intracranial aneurysm clipping.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative psychosis and inflammation of nervous system, preoperative epilepsy seizure, hemiplegia and aphasia, substantive lesions of vital organs, such as cerebrovascular disease, cardiac dysfunction, renal dysfunction, hepatic dysfunction; cardiovascular disease such as peripheral vascular claudication, organ perfusion deficiency; hypovolemia or severe anemia; severe respiratory system disease.
