Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hypertensive patients: incident hypertension(>140/90 mmHg) and prevalent hypertension (use of anti-hypertensive drugs); 2. Gender and age: Both (male and female), 35-70 years-old; 3. Signed the written informed content.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unwilling to sign the written informed content; 2. Secondary hyertension; 3. Pregnant women; 4. Combined with serious cardiovascular diseases (myocardial infarction, heart failure and stroke), kidney disease, severe diabetes, hepatic diseases and cancer; 5. Fish or marine food allergy; 6. Others.
