Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The first episode of acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction, the age is less than 75 years old, and the onset time in 12 hours, plans to emergency PCI; 2. Intraoperative angiography indicated that the blood vessel was a high thrombus load.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. cardiac shock; 2. hemodynamic instability; 3. Rescue PCI; 4. Stent thrombosis; 5. Previous myocardial infarction, or CABG; 6. After cardiopulmonary resuscitation; 7. Recent (6 weeks) have had a history of bleeding; 8. Bronchial asthma, severe obstructive pulmonary disease; 9. Patients with conduction block (except for patients with pacemaker); 10. Coronary angiography indicated that the blood vessel was not completely occluded, and no thrombus load, or left main was completely occluded, or multiple lesions or need to be protected by IABP.
