Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Complete anterior cruciate ligament injury; 2. Uni-lateral anterior cruciate ligament injury; 3. Pre-operative physical examination showed high-grade (II or III) pivot-shift under anesthesia; 4. Signing the patient inform consent and willing to participate in this study; 5. Aged between 16 and 60 years old (including 16 and 60 years old).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Multi-ligament injuries other than anterior cruciate ligament injury; 2. Severe cartilage degeneration (Outerbridge grade III or IV); 3. Severe mal-aligment of the affected lower extremity; 4. History of previous surgery of the affected side; 5. General joint laxity; 6. Knee joint infection or any reason causing the arthroscopic procedure unable to be performed; 7. Intra-articular or Peri-articular fracture of the affected side; 8. Pre-operative imaging studies showing an open meta-physis of the affected side.
