Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I-II, 18-65 years old ,scheduled for gastroscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: >65 years or 30 kg/m2; pre-existent circulation, respiratory and nervous systemic diseases; hemoglobin <70g/L; albumin< 30 g/L.
