Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 or more,Male or female; 2. Patients with soft tissue injury does not heal for more than four weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with hematological system diseases; 2. Patients treated with glucocorticoid for other disease; 3. Patients treated with immunosuppressive agents; 4. Drug addicts or heavy drinkers; 5. Patients who can not provide prior informed consent or delayed informed consent.
