Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 or more; 2. Stage IV pressure ulcer: a large number of tissue necrosis involving the muscles, bones, with or without full-thickness skin defects (based on the diagnostic criteria of European Pressure Ulcer Advisory Panel).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients of pressure ulcers associated with osteomyelitis; 2. Patients of pressure ulcers associated with sinus tract of which length is more than 3 cm; 3. Patients with hematological system diseases; 4. Patients treated with glucocorticoid for other disease; 5. Patients treated with immunosuppressive agents; 6. Drug addicts or heavy drinkers.
