Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female patients =18 and = 80 years of age; 2. STEMI patients (presenting within 12 h after chest pain onset, with ST-segment elevation=0.1 mV in two contiguous leads on 12-lead electrocardiogram or new left bundle branch block); 3. Target vessel diameter between 2.5mm and 4.0mm; 4. If the target lesion requires stent overlapping, at least 2mm of overlapping section is guaranteed; 5. Visual residual diameter stenosis =70% before stent implantation; 6. Voluntary participation and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute occlusive lesion of left main, bypass grafting and in-stent; 2. Cardiogenic shock; 3. High risk of bleeding; 4. Complicated with Other serious diseases (malignant tumor, Organ transplantation or candidate); 5. Allergy to aspirin, heparin, clopidogrel or rapamycin; 6. Severe liver and kidney disfunction.
