Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 70; 2. Patients with ISSNHL: sudden hearing loss (>=30 dB HL), within 3 consecutive frequencies, developing over 72 hours; 3. Patients conform with flat or high-frequency drop of idopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss according to pure tone audiometry; 4. Present with ISSNHL for at least 2 weeks and up to 4 weeks; 5. Hearing improvement less than 50%.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hearing loss with other causes including congenital deafness, conductive deafness, presbycusis, large vestibular aqueduct syndrome, Meniere's disease, cochlear occupying, cerebellopontine angle occupying and deafness with systemic genetic diseases; 2. With serious diseases or coagulation disorder; 3. pregnancy or lactating women.
