Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients were diagnosed as ischemic stroke in the Department of Cardiology and neurology at first visit; 2. Age is more than or equal to 14 years old; 3. To fully understand, and volunteered to participate in the study, and by the person or legal guardians signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.hemorrhagic stroke; 2 pulmonary hypertension; 3 right ventricular cardiomyopathy; 4 pulmonary valve stenosis, pulmonary stenosis or right ventricular outflow tract stenosis 5 Tricuspid valve - severe reflux.
