18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing retroperitonioscopic renal or adrenal surgeries, aged 18-70, with ASA I-II and BMI 18-30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with severe cardiac or pulmonary disfunction, coagulopathy, infection, previous abdominal surgical history, chronic pain or substance abuse, allergy to local anesthetics, or cannot understand VAS score.
