Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Provide written informed consent; clear consciousness, difficulty in urination despite making an effort repeatedly, distention and pain in the lower abdomen, examination showing more than 500ml residual urine in the bladder.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: unclear consciousness and psychosis, complicated with obstructive retention of urine due to lithangiuria or tumor, acute or chronic renal failure, complicated by severe primary disease of heart, liver, lung or hemopoietic system.
