20 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. woman under 36 years of age; 2. undergo a first or second trial of IVF/ICSI; 3. serum folliclestimulating hormone level on day 3 of the menstrual cycle was 12 IU per liter or less; 4. the number of 2PN >6; 5. undergo transfer of one embryo; 6. sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of recurrent miscarriage; 2. endometriosis disease; 3. unilateral or bilateral hydrosalpinx (B ultrasound examination with no treatment),; 4. uterine malformation, multiple uterine myoma, uterine intramural myoma >3cm, submucous myoma; 5. patients undergoing PGD/PGS.
