Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: This study is a prospective, randomized, single-blind, controlled trial. From July 2015 to December 2015, all consecutive patients with STEMI who are candidates for primary PCI at our institution will be considered for enrollment in the present study. Eligible patients will be randomly assigned by a ratio of 1:1 to receive ischemia postconditioning and conventional primary PCI (Treatment group),or conventional primary PCI (control group). Inclusion Criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old, Diagnosed with ASTEMI; 2. Onset time of ASTEMI<12h, Undergoing Primary PCI; 3. Shock occurred in 36 hours after AMI or Cardiac shock occurred within 18 hours; 4. CAG shows that TIMI flow grade of infarction related artery(IRA) is level 0.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1. CAG shows that TIMI flow grade of IRA is level 1-3; 2. There is reverse blood flow from collateral circulation in distal section of IRA; 3. A history of Old Myocardial Infarction, PCI and CABG; 4. Abnormal coagulation function; 5. All kinds of acute or chronic infection; with malignant tumor.
