Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. measure up to the depression standard in SCID, HAMD 25~36; 2. age between 18 and 60; 3. eliminate the risk of sucide; 4. degree of education higher than junior school; 5. voluntarily and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with schizophrenia and substance addiction; 2. patients with organic brain disease and endocrine disease; 3. pregnant and lactating women; 4. patients have had manic attack; 5. patients with serious physical disease.
