Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria comprised subjects who were 30 to 60 years of age, ASA physical status I to III,and had normal blood pressure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included patients who were cardiac or pulmonary dysfunction, coagulopathy, significant renal or hepatic dysfunction; or with chronic illness, inflammatory bowel disease and metastatic carcinoma; or pregnant women, psychiatric patients; or MAP <60mmHg before operation.
