Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: From September 2013 to September 2014, CHD patients with at least one main coronary vessel's (left main coronary artery,anterior descending branch,circumflex artery, right coronary artery and big branches of these vessels) diameter >=50% after having coronary angiography were recruited in cardiopulmonary exercise test (CPET) in cardiac rehabilitation center in Nanjing Jiangning Hospital. 112 subjects with HRR1 <=12times per minute were chosen from them.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with uncontrolled severe arrhythmia, hypertension and diabetes; (2) patients with severe heart failure (NYHA Class IV); (3) patients with pacemaker, complete left bundle branch block or heart transplantation; (4) patient with musculoskeletal disease and neurological disease and who cannot cooperates with evaluation and treatment; (5) patients with whole body serious disease, electrolyte disturbance and who are using digitalis; (6) patients with pulmonary diseases such as chronic bronchitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), etc. which will affect respiratory function; (7) patients using drugs like calcium ion antagonist and beta-blockers which will affect heart rate should stop taking drugs for at least 2 days before having heart rate variability test; (8) patients using antioxidants like VitC and VitE should stop taking medicine for at least 1month before undergoing venous blood collection.
