Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged from 45 to 70 years old; 2. patients have not taken any medication for hypertension control; 3. three times measurements of upper limb not in the same day all show that systolic blood pressure (SBP) is140~159mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) is 90~99mmHg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. secondary hypertension caused by kidney disease, primary hyperaldosteronism, pheochromocytoma, etc; 2. patients who have joint disease, muscular disease, neural disease, etc and cannot cooperate evaluation and therapy; 3. patients who have uncontrolled severe arrhythmia, diabetes, electrolyte disturbance; 4. patients who have severe organic diseases such acute myocardial infarction, cardiac insufficiency, abnormal renal function, etc.
