Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 3 years; 2. Typical pulmonary valve stenosis with transvalvular gradients >=40mmHg; 3. Transvalvular gradients >=30mmHg for adolescent and adult patients, who have symptoms of dyspnea on exertion, angina pectoris, syncope or pre-syncope simultaneously.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe pulmonary hypoplasia; 2. Infants with very severe pulmonary valve stenosis,combined with severe right ventricular dysplasia or right ventricular dysfunction; 3. Very severe pulmonary valve stenosis or pulmonary atresia with intact ventricular septum, combined with right ventricular dependent coronary circulation; 4. Pulmonary valve stenosis with three tricuspid severe regurgitation needing surgical treatment.
