Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. in patients with lumbar disc (annulus fibrosus unruptured); 2. lumbar spinal stenosis; 3. 20 to 60 years old, ASA I ~ II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. there is a history of diseases of the immune system; 2. recently infected; 3. previous history of diabetes; 4. the body mass index (BMI) greater than or equal to 30; 5. two days before the intraoperative use of large doses of glucocorticoids; 6. poor nutritional status, albumin less than 35g/L, serum total protein of less than 60g/L
