Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) operation age <15 years old, categorize according to age: 0-6years old; 7-15years old; (2) diagnosed as non-function duplex kidney; (3) the clinical diagnosis: abdominal pain, waist pain, hematuria, urinary tract infection or urinary incontinence and other symptom; (4) the completed evaluation about imaging data: ultrasound, IVP, VCUG, MRU, isotopic scans.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) operation age >15years old; (2) combined with other serious malformations, with severe pulmonary infection and sepsis; (3) a history of heart disease complicated congenital heart disease; (4) renal failure; (5) the electrolyte disorder; (6) allergy to intravenously contrast-medium; (7) HIV infection; (8) abdominal operation history, abdominal adhesions; (9) poor compliance.
