Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diabetic patients over 18 years of age, with at least one foot ulcer, which did not improve significantly after at least two-week ulcer standard treatments were candidates; Systemic and local infection, especially osteomyelitis, should be appropriately treated; The inclusion criteria provided further requirements: ankle-brachial index (ABI) value >0.6; fasting and 2-hour postprandial glucose =8 and 11 mmol/l respectively; platelet count >50*10^9/L; Hb >90g/L; no severe systemic diseases (cardiac or pulmonary failure, hepatic or renal insufficiency, hematological abnormality, mental disease, malignant disease and so on); informed consent been signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients aged <18 years or with non-diabetic, such as malignant, ulcers were excluded. Exclusion criteria also refers to: uncontrolled systemic and local infection; platelet count <50*10^9/L; Hb <90g/L; history of severe systemic disease (severe miocardial or cerebral infarction, arrhythmia, cardiac insufficiency (grade III-IV according to New York Heart Association), acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary heart disease, hepatic or renal insufficiency failing to respond to aggressive medical treatments) within the past 3-6 months; prescribed with systemic treatment of corticosteroids, immunosuppressive agents, radiation therapy, or chemotherapy within 3 weeks before screening; mental diseases with broken behavioral competence and compliance; pregnant or nursing women; Other conditions assessed by the investigators not appropriate for participating in this trail.
