Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: preoperative coexist disease: high blood pressure; Lung infection; Cerebrovascular accident sequelae. Heart disease, arrhythmia, myocardial infarction, atrial fibrillation after ST -t change, etc.); Diabetes. A patient may be at the same time with two or three important viscera lesions. All patients with preoperative no electrolyte disorders and infection, immune disease, endocrine system, in the near term is not taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and hormonal drugs. Normal blood coagulation parameters, abdominal puncture local skin damage and infection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Long-term use of sedatives or antidepressants; Have a history of alcoholism; Merger of the central nervous system diseases such as Parkinson's disease, mental disease, severe vision or hearing disabilities, wen huang, intellectual disabilities cannot and effective communicator, a psychologist with local drug allergy and refused to attend the researchers.
