50 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All included patients consistent with the diagnosis of "global chronic obstructive pulmonary disease prevention initiative (GOLD)" on severe stable COPD, are ages between 50 to 85 years old, and volunteer to participate in the study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. a recent (less than one month) acute exacerbation COPD; 2. with other respiratory diseases affecting the lung function; 3. serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 4. Lower limb movement disorders; 5. with psychological or systemic disease; 6. ongoing or recently completed (less than 6 weeks) of pulmonary rehabilitation training; 7. other reasons unsuitable for clinical trials.
